Dr. Bruce Schachterle is Colorado native, graduating from Englewood High School. He obtained a B.S. and M.S from Colorado University, and his Doctor of Audiology (Au.D) from the University of Florida. He holds board certification from the American Speech/Language/Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. He has practiced clinical audiology in a variety of settings including university medical schools, ear nose and throat specialist's offices, and industrial clinics for more than 34 years. His specialties are hearing and balance (dizziness) disorders diagnosis and rehabilitation, and hearing aid selection and fitting.
Mrs. Schachterle is the office manager/bookkeeper. She shares the front window receptionist position too, with her daughter Megan.

Mark has been trained to fix most minor repairs and adjustments on all types of hearing aids. He also handles all of the shipping and receiving of new and repaired hearing aids, keeps inventory, and processes insurance claims on lost or stolen aids.
